- Demolition - Demo and remove cabinets, drywall, plumbing fixtures, and concrete floor; prepare area for new shower pan installation.
- Plumbing - Install new shower valves with handheld and large shower head, prepare for new vanity, and scope the main drain from the house to the alley for backups.
- Electrical - Upgrade electrical to install two new can lights, one wall sconce over the vanity, and a properly mounted and vented ceiling fan.
- Tile Shower - Provide and install tile shower, including shower pan, floor tile, bench, and all required materials, with tile budgeted at $3.50 per square foot.
- Framing - Prepare shower walls for installation of grab bars and bench.
- Cabinets - Provide and install vanity with new stone top and sink.
- Plumbing - Provide and install vanity faucet, vanity shutoff valves, new toilet, shower valve trim, and connect sink drains.
- Glass Shower Doors - Provide and install full glass shower wall with one door.

Workmanship Warranty: Gate Crashers warrants its workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion. This workmanship warranty is limited to defects arising from Gate Crashers' installation services only and does not extend to manufacturer defects, ordinary wear and tear, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations by others, structural movement, moisture intrusion, acts of God, or conditions outside Gate Crashers' control.
Scope and Hidden Conditions: This invoice / proposal is limited to the work, materials, and services specifically described herein. Any concealed, unknown, unsafe, or pre-existing conditions discovered before or during the work may require a change in scope and additional written approval before extra work is performed.
Payment Terms: Payment terms for this project will be outlined on the invoice. Any unpaid balance remains the responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by owner changes, site access limitations, weather, material shortages, inspections, permitting, utility interruptions, or conditions beyond contractor control may affect scheduling and completion timing.
Arizona Compliance Notice: This document is intended to identify the services to be provided and the payment terms for the project. The parties should review all project-specific details, including contractor license information, scope, schedule, site responsibilities, permits, and completion expectations, so the written agreement accurately reflects the work to be performed.
By signing below, Customer acknowledges that Customer has reviewed and accepts this invoice / proposal, including the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, warranty language, and project conditions stated above.
Scheduling Notice: Scheduling of work is contingent upon receipt of the required deposit and executed agreement. All start dates are approximate and subject to change due to workload, material availability, weather conditions, permitting, and other factors beyond contractor control.
